Hi everyone,
Below are the meeting dates, times and Zoom sign-in details for each of the Division Coordinator Zoom Meetings with coaches this week. If you plan to have a club/team in these divisions listed below , please make sure someone from your club comes to the appropriate meeting so your club voice is heard 😊.
Things you can do between now and these meetings:

One person per Club: Sanction your club with Volleyball PEI by first getting your
Leader-Club President membership (or “upgrading” from another membership type that you may already have for this season)

One person per Club: Send your “club fee” amount to Volleyball PEI (c/o this email address) and I will create your player registration link for you to then share with your players/parents to get registered. This “club fee” is over and above the $70 Spring League program fee and the $25 recreational player membership. All monies collected will be given directly to your club once all registrations come in. If you do not want to charge a club fee, please let me know that as well. It is optional.

Head Coaches and Persons in Authority (such as asst. coaches, helpers, managers, etc):
Make sure you
look at coach eligibility requirements and get all the necessary requirements in place. Let me know if you need a letter to get a new Criminal Record Check
OR send me a copy of your current CRC if have one from another volunteer area you take part in. CRC are good for three years on file.

Promote your Club within the local school, through social media, etc. so that players can “sign-up” to play.

Talk to your facility about gym time availability to host at least ONE tournament for your division plus your weekly practice times.
