| All games are best 2/3 (Games to 21, win by 2 - If needed third set to 15) |

| All pools will play round robin. |

| There is a 15 minute break between team's first two games, and then a 45 min break after 2nd game; and 30 mins before the finals & consolation games |
| Volleyball Canada rules will apply. |
