Call for Coaches for 2020 Indoor Club Season

Red Rock Volleyball Club seeks High Performance Coaches for our Indoor Teams!

At this time, we are looking for coaches to help lead our High Performance programs.    As an interested coach you should be prepared to train the athletes on a weekly basis (minimum 2x weekly), and travel and coach at regional tournaments, wrapping up the season with Club Nationals in Edmonton, AB (15U-18U, 14U will be regional) in May 2020.   All Coaches will be compensated accordingly 😊.
 
Interested coaches should have the following qualifications in order to apply or have a plan to attain the certification prior to National Championships:
 
Indoor Volleyball:  

18U – Advanced Development Coach Certified or Technical 2
17U – Advanced Development Coach Certified or Technical 2
16U – Development Coach Certified or Technical 1
15U – Development Coach Certified or Technical 1
14U – Development Coach Certified or Technical 1
 
All interested coaches are asked to apply to Volleyball PEI at cgcrozier@sportpei.ca by October 1^st.  Athlete identification for the indoor programs will start at the beginning of December following the completion of the PEISAA season, with the indoor programs starting on-court in early January 2019.  
 
When applying, coaches should indicate their preferred age group and gender. Please also list your coach certification level at the current time and your willingness to achieve the necessary levels.  


Please Note:  upon successful completion of Coach Certification and full registration with VPEI/VC,
Volleyball PEI will reimburse coaches for Certification Costs associated with the NCCP program.  
 
Please note:   Coach interest and qualifications will determine how many teams and which genders we will focus on for the 2019-2020 high performance season.
