Notice of "proposed" Amendments to the Volleyball PEI Bylaws

Dear respective Members of Volleyball PEI,

Please note that during our upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 28th at the House of Sport in Charlottetown, the Volleyball PEI Board of Directors plan to propose the following Amendments to the Volleyball PEI Bylaws:

11.2 AGM notice, delete 45 days, insert 21 calendar days

11.3 Notice of motion, delete 30 days, insert 14 calendar days

11.4 Notice of motion, delete 15 days, insert 14 days

11.7 Notice to public, delete made through the press, insert via social media

Article 14 Fiscal year, delete existing, insert new September 1 to August 31
